BESI’s school bus upholstery fabric meets the requirements of the national minimum standard for school bus seating. It is a 42 ounce equivalent in physical properties and meets the requirements of FMVSS 302 – fire retardancy standards, and FMVSS 222 – impact standards, when used in conjunction with OEM foam.
Kevlar® and Proform/Prevaill® fire block material
Fire block covers passed all of the following burn tests: FMVSS 302, Bag burn test, Ath-891 (fireblock), Ky. bus spec., and FAR-25-853B (fireblock).

Improper Fitting Seat Covers
